We ask that shipping and billing address matching at the time of purchase. Make sure you enter the correct billing address that’s on your banking statement.

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER DURING OUR SALE, PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING

Order & payment processing takes 24-72 business hours. Thanks for your patience in advance. ( If you place an order on Friday, It will start to process on Monday.)

Express shipping 1-2 business days 

Priority shipping 3-7 business days 

Once your order is processed, you will automatically receive your tracking information via email. All orders can be tracked via USPS website. 

If you haven’t received tracking number on 10th business day.

We do not offer exchanges due COVID-19 & federal laws regarding health and sanitation. 

By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You have read the product description entirely and understand clearly what you are purchasing. You understand and agree with our exchange and/or refund policy. A $55 restock fee will be deducted if we agree to cancel order under manager's approval. You understand once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations CAN NOT be made. You understand due to the global pandemic there may be a delay in your order shipment via USPS.

Regular shipment is selected at your own risk can up take up to 15 days for delivery with USPS.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS signature tracking.
